me and mine... well my life

Wow i did it! This is my first entry and so not what to say . I recently quit smoking started working out and in general self improvement so this is my journal of this adventure . So enjoy. I was at the Y today and after my hr on the treadmill went in the therapy pool and a blind man got in and I can honestly say i am impressed by his braveness i personally cant imagine doing that myself so hats off blind pool guy. hmm might be doing something wrong unless my blog is just suppose to go on and on . Anyways life is good had a good work out ( i am sure the scales don't work at the Y cause i have lost 0 lbs according to them) but had subway for dinner and now for some TV . Oh and yes thanks to all that read my blog i was surprised to see that all most 100 people read my blog.
