Well tonight I begin the "prep" work for my colonoscopy ... a bit grumpy today with the whole clear liquid diet thing < OK really grumpy> . Its almost time to begin drinking the gallon of laxative required for prep. Will post about the procedure its self tomorrow after i eat real solid food.
