S'up and all that crap

It has been one of those weeks/months where I am left to wonder what is becoming of the English language .... toady's youth ( well anyone under 35) very rarely speak in full sentences or words .... why??? i am by no means the most eloquent person but i certainly make an effort not to sound illiterate as most of world seems to anymore. It doesn't take much effort to try and enunciate and speak using words does it??
